The air inside this packet is Nitrogen. This air helps not to spoil. This increases the expiry date. You may get doubt. The reason is when you expose your food to normal air it leads to spoiling after few days. Nitrogen helps to increase life span. It is also a marketing strategy to show that the quantity is more. When we open it only half is filled in that packets.

Nitrogen is a natural gas and it won't harm our health. It is a preservative gas.
