Is only present education system is the reason for unemployment?

 60% of 8 lakh engineer graduates are remaining unemployed. Most of the people are claiming that there are no many jobs as compared to passed out students and some are claiming the present education system is making us like this. Is it true?


Do you know whose mistake is all this and who is responsible for unemployment?

Is only schools and colleges the reason?

This is the mistake of schools, colleges, students, and also parents. The possible reasons for this first schools, most schools need only ranks rather than giving knowledge. Nowadays many schools are totally forgetting about extracurricular activities. Due to this students only focusing on their studies.

secondly colleges, in colleges they form classes according to marks that they got in the previous class. These colleges are improving a clever student and leaving normal students behind. They need to improve all students not only students who got good marks in the previous class. In this stage also extracurricular activities are being suppressed.

Thirdly, students, Students are moving only with the institutions leaving behind their skills. Do not leave the skills because those skills can bring you fame in the future. If you are not settled through studies you can live with your extracurricular activities.

Fourthly, parents, parents can think that they are leaving their child in a good institution by seeing top marks. But it is not true because institutions will release only top marks and won't release how many students are studying. In 200 students at least one student can get the highest marks. Institutions only showcase those top marks. They won't consider extracurricular activities.

Do not leave your skills, build them.

                        Studies + Extra curricular activities = Complete education

If studies won't help you, your skills can save you.

Now we will talk about unemployment. It will cause when students have no skills. Any student with skills can get a job whether it is part-time or full-time. Mainly improve your skills. Marks are important nowadays to society but skills are important to your life. Think and decide which is the better path. It's better to focus on skills and marks. Do not leave your talents. Remember they are the assets to you.

    Education has to transform a student to enhance skills, not as advertising material to institutions.
